Armed with a few friends, gallons of fake blood and an old “Super 8” camera, I spent my entire youth making
short films in the woods around Boston. It's amazing what you can do with an old lobster claw and a forced perspective!
In the 1980’s and 90’s, I worked in various crew assignments
on several television, industrial, commercial, indie short and feature films, as well as helming my own projects. I co-wrote
the ultra low budget horror film, Winterbeast. I have worked professionally for over 20 years from PA to Grip, AD to Director,
FX Artist, Editor and DVD creator.
As a working Screenwriter, I took 3rd place in 2003 Slamdance's
Slam-Fi for my sci-fi, religious thriller "Second Coming.”
As
a direct result of the Slamdance win, I was hired to rewrite the med-budget sci-fi comedy, "How Illegal is your Alien," and
the low-budget horror film, "Hooked."
Both films are unproduced
as of yet, but "hope springs eternal."
