To make this map I based it on the land during Lord Fouls Bane - Power that Preserves using the map in the book as a guidline..minus
the Winter. I created it using a combination of Vue d'Esprit, Bryce,Terragen & Photoshop, it took me about 6-8 months
mainly working on it during weekends when i had some spare time, my approximation may be skewed from other points of view.
For the most part i had to use what resources were available for a rough outline and that being the original map, of course
not "the" original but the one from the paperbacks. so let me know what you think by posting something at the top
in the message box..your email and name are not necessary unless you want my reply.
The current resolution is 1280 x 960 pixels for the image shown above. the version im working with is 4000 x 3011 at 300dpi
and i also have a blank version of the map that has no locations typed on it.

This is Linden weilding the new Staff of law on an outcrop of Granite off the shore of Glimmermere. I had originally meant
for it to be Elena with her robe but the face is Linden to me.

When I made this i had Rawedge rim or the entrance Channel to the isle of the Elohim in mind.for the sails I used a patchwork
texture thinking with the size of the sails having them sewn together in segments would add strength and some Give to the
wind stress. just thoughts with minor details.....the actual ship was a standard one sail boat in the Vue Library that i enlogated
and added dawngreeter and the foremast, then adding Granite texture and coloring to the entire ship surface.
