Reservations - Must be made 48 hours in advance and payment received in
full to reserve your dates. Reservations made with less than 48 hours notice qualifies for emergency services.(at our descretion)
Time - We will try to honor specific time requests for services. Since
some things are just not within our control DogzGoneWalk'n requires a 2 hour time window - example- you want your
pet visited at 12:00 pm. We will try to be there at that time but may arrive between 11:00am and 1:00pm
Cancellations - With 48 hours notice you will receive a 50% credit
on unused services. Less than 48 hours notice and/or
If DogzGoneWalk'n turns down business from another client because we have
booked service for you. You will Not receive a credit. (at our discretion)
Off Leash - Dog parks and beach excursions are available and fun for your
dogs. Pets in our care are covered by our insurance policy however if leashes are to be removed you must agree to cover the
deductable, we will always try to keep all pets from harms way but we can not control other animals
