Thanksgiving Baskets
Every November Unit members and their families spend time organizing and handing out Thanksgiving
Baskets to families in need from the Bloominton-Normal area. We were able to donate 80 Thanksgiving meals in 2008.
Cops with Kids
Every year during the December holiday season, members of the PB&PA Unit # 22
volunteer to spend the day shopping with children who may otherwise not recieve any presents or have the means
to purchase presents for their family. During December of 2008 we were able to help over 30 kids
have a happy holiday! Check out the photos here.
Youth Sports
The PB&PA Unit 22 has
continued to be involved with the sponsorship of junior baseball and sofball leagues for the past several
years. In doing so we feel we are promoting the qualities of sportsmanship, teamwork and having fun. We are proud to sponsor these teams to provide youth of the Normal community
with the opportunity to play team sports.
