Our insurance company requires that a hold harmless agreement be signed by you at the time of your
check-in.
Check in time is 2:00 PM. Check out time is 12 noon although extend check out is available.
Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Please pay by check or
cash.
No pets are allowed.
No fireworks are allowed.
No outside fires except in the BBQ grill are allowed.
No 4-Wheelers or motorcycles are allowed.
No smoking in the cabin. Smoking is allowed on the porch area.
If you choose to float the river from the state park or further up river, you can arrange shuttle
service from us for a minimum fee.
Please respect adjoining properties. Do not climb fences. Do not trespass on neighboring properties
water frontage.
Leave all gates as you find them.
The barn and farm equipment are off limits.
