I acknowledge that I am a willing participant in any of a number of possible activities including but not limited to lodging, hiking, wildlife-viewing, bird watching, rock hunting, nature photography, scenic exploration, and general outdoor exploration on Pecan Springs Cabin property. I understand that any of these activities are greatly impacted by weather and that I have a responsibility to use good judgment in my actions at all times.

I further acknowledge that in participating in any of these or other activities the possibility exists for me to expose myself to possible hazards and risks on any part of the property of Pecan Springs Cabin.  I understand that dangerous conditions may exist from a number of sources including, but not limited to, poisonous snakes, insects, fire ants, spiders, deer blinds, and feeders and the various pieces of equipment found upon the property.  I understand that there are possible dangerous conditions along roads, trails, on fences and gates.  These dangers include the use of all forms of vehicles.  I state that I expressly assume all such dangers, risks and hazards.

In consideration for the privilege of visiting and using the facilities and premises of Pecan Springs Cabin, I hereby release and agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the owners of Pecan Springs Cabin and their agents and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages, including attorney’s fees resulting from any accident arising out of my visit to Pecan Springs Cabin whether or not it was caused by negligence of the property owners .  I further agree that I, my heirs, successors and assigns will not make any claim or institute and suit or action at law against Pecan Springs Cabin of its heirs, agents, representatives, successors or assigns.
