After purchasing your puppy, you are responsible for taking your puppy to a vet for a check up within 48 hours.  Puppies start at $1,300.00 .  A deposit of $300.00 allows you place a hold on a puppy.  All puppies must be paid for in full by six weeks.  Shipping is available at the buyers expense and is not included in the purchase price.  All puppies come with first set of shots and worming.  We do not pay vet bills.  Vet bills are the buyers responsibility.  No refunds of any kind!  If you do not pay for your puppy by the six week deadline, you will lose your deposit and the puppy you chose will be made available for the next buyer.

We offer a 1 year health guarantee.  Should a congenital defect arise within the first year , we will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same sex from the same litter (if available) or the next available litter, so long as the buyer provides documentation of the dog's condition from a licensed vet.  We are not responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Kennel Cough, including Corona Virus after 48 hours of sale.  The buyer is responsible for learning about the Olde English Bulldogge breed to ensure proper care for your puppy.  We care about the quality of our puppies and do not mass produce.

Buyer also agrees to terms listed below:

)  Provide adequate food, water and shelter for the puppy purchased.

)  Use the kennel name "Poppa's" as the prefix in the dog's registered name.

] Maintain up to date vaccines and worming.

This is a legal binding contract.  We will take any legal action necessary to enforce the terms and conditions of this contract.  NO TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL WE HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL ALONG WITH A SIGNED ORIGINAL CONTRACT FROM THE BUYER.
