1). What happens after I made the payment?

We will send you the download link via email within 48 hours.
Step 1: Click the link and it will open your Internet browser, a message will pop up to ask if you want to download the file.
Step 2: Just click yes to download.

2). Where do you send the download details to?

I will send to your Paypal email. If you use a different email, please inform us. Our email is SoftwarePhantom@verizon.net

3). Why I still didn't receive your mail with download link after 48 hours?

From our experience, our mail might accidentally went to your thrash/spam folder. If it is not there, please email us.

4). What is the download file format?

Zip format. So you need to WinRAR or Winzip software to unzip it. You can get it from www.download.com for FREE. Get WinRAR. Get Winzip.

5). How do I activate the software?

Please look for the folder titled "Activation", inside the folder, you can find the doc called "activation". Just follow the guide step-by-step.

6). What is the serial number?

Please look for text file called "Serial Number". It contains the serial number.

7).Problem 1: I downloaded
almost 50% of the file, but was disconnected. Do I have to start it over again?

Please download a FREE copy of software called "Download Manager" from www.download.com. You can resume to download from where you were previously disconnected. Get it here.

8). Problem 2: I don't have broadband, only dial-up.

You can request us to send you the burned disc and mail to you by normal post at NO EXTRA CHARGES. Normal post will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach you.
