Saturday, March 7, 2009-Lake City HS Cross Country Program thanks all runners who braved the "Chilly Scurry".
We appreciate all the support we had today. We are proud to co-host the Idaho High School State Cross
Country Championships at Circling Raven Golf Course this October 31st, 2009. Your support today will help us reach our goals
toward that meet later this year.

Pre-Registration: To insure T-shirt, registration must be post-marked by Friday,
February 9th.
Entry Fee: $16.00 includes T-shirt, $10.00-NO T-shirt option.
Late registration: (post-marked after February 24th and day of race entry) will
be $15.00-NO T-shirt option ONLY.
( No refunds-if you order a shirt prior to Feb 24th and are unable to participate, you may pick your
shirt up at Fleet Feet, 511 Sherman Ave. Coeur d'Alene, ID) NO UNREGISTERED PARTICIPANTS PLEASE
Race will be held regardless of weather-we expect SUN! Check-in and Late Registration-(Everyone must check-in) Can be done two places this
year. On Friday (3/6) between 10am and 6pm you can register and/or pick-up your packet at Fleet Feet, 511 Sherman Ave.,downtown Coeur d'Alene. Or you can do the same register or pick-up packet in North Idaho College Gym between
7:30am and 8:30am on race day (Saturday 3/7). Because we are using the computor for results, we can not register after 8:30am
on Saturday. Locals-to avoid last minute race day congestion-take advantage of Friday check-in and registration at Fleet Feet (511 E. Sherman Ave., Coeur d'Alene.
Prizes: Age group awards, overall awards, food & drinks and a raffle(must be present to
win).
Age Divisions:12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and overall, male amd female winner.
