Beginning a PI Workshop
Today I started a workshop at PIRC to learn Photo Impact.  Currently I have version 8 but if I learn well and enjoy using Photo Impact then I look forward to upgrading and exploring other versions.  I am excited to learn more about this program.

I am going to use the Project section of my website to post my work as I progress through the workshop.

A Brand New Year!
A New Year has begun!  I am sure much like past years it will be filled with many new experiences, some challenges and no doubt a few surprises!  I view each new year as a new birth in my life, an opportunity to jump start my life journey with a fresh slate and renewed energy.

A few years back I started each year with a goal list, it's interesting at the year end to review the list to see what has been a complished.  Of course some years I am more amazed than others but needless to say it does give me focus.

Currently my focus is on the garden and what to plant!  This is the part where my husband and I differ.  He prefers the traditional garden varieties were I tend to want to try the crazy things like blue corn and potatoes, orange cauliflower and purple peas.  Nevertheless I am sure we will reach comprimises.
