men’s Div III, and JuCo (NWC, CCC, and NWAACC Conferences), over 27 years of officiating experience.

Tracy Sumner
Is a fifteen-year veteran of the Portland Basketball Officials Association and a co-founder of the Metro All-Star Officiating
Camp. He serves the PBOA as an instructor and is also the assigner of the Westside boys summer league. Tracy has appeared
in four OSAA State Tournaments: the Class 3A girls (2003), the Class 1A boys and girls (2004), the Class 4A girls (2006),
and the Class 6A/5A boys (2007). Tracy has also worked at the Les Schwab Invitational.
