Sabal Harbour is a small development of villa type homes in a popular area of Bradenton. Most of the homes are owned
and occupied by American families with a small proportion of rental homes among them. This helps to provide for
a safe, friendly and family oriented community.
Children staying at our villa home have often made friends with some of the local youngsters making their stay in America
so much richer and memorable.
There is a large private community owned park just a few minutes walk from the home with a large swimming pool,
basketball, tennis and climbing frames and swings.
As a visitor in the villa you are welcome to use all of these facilities free of charge.
