The minutes of the February AGC meeting were reviewed by Tim Frost.
All of the events for the 2009 Calendar were turned in to the AGC Calendar Committee, of which our Secretary is the maintainer
of the database for AGC.
We had a report from the Sportsman's Team Challenge Committee about the status of the targets being built for this event.
The chairman of the Action Shooting Committee, our own treasurer, Rusty Gunter, reported that the IPSC demonstration
match that was originally schedulked for later this month had to be cancelled because of scheduling problems on the IPSC team
end. We are trying to re-schedule this event for later in 2008.
The Trap Committee Chairman made a proposal to build a fence between Trap Field 2 and 3. A copy of that proposal
is available on the AGC web site
www.associatedgunclubs.org on the Trap Ops web page. Your comments on this issue are invited.
The AGC Legislative VP began using a system known as Constant Contact to send out newsletters to all AGC members.

Arlington Issues
We have increased our membership to 40 members and we have several new members in the process of being vetted.
We will soone be using the Constant Contact system to send out our Arlington Club Newsletter. Please read this
email when you receive it.
We will be going to the Loch Raven Trap & Skeet Range on Sunday, August 24 at 10:00 a.m. to shoot some rounds of
Skeet. This event is also being scheduled for next year's callendar as well.
Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2008
at the AGC Trap Room. All members and prospective members are encouraged to attend.
