Nicole Gwardyak
The steering committee has contracted with Empire Enegy Consultants, LLC., to negotiate a contract
with gas and oil companies on behalf of Steuben County Land Owner Coaltion members. Nicole Gwardyak is the president
of Empire Energy, LLC, a NY state land owner with over 320 acres. Nicole worked as a landsman in Pennsylvania.
Nicole left the oil/gas industry to advocate on behalf of landowners and founded Empire Energy Consultants, LLC, to represent individual
landowner coalition groups. Empire Energy Consultants, LLC is representing several landowner groups as they
negotiate for the best value and options for their properties.
Mary Hickey joined Empire Energy Consultants in the July, 2008. Mary is a landowner and
resident of Steuben County. Mary has business management experience in both the profit and non profit sectors.
