I offer in-office counseling in Seattle and Overlake as well as e-mail or telephone consults after initial in-office visit for individuals with busy schedules. I am also available for in-home services along with educational grocery store tours throughout the Seattle area during which you can learn to fine-tune your label reading skills helping you choose the best foods and brands for your lifestyle needs.

My areas of practice include, but are not limited to: Maternal and Infant Nutrition, Fertility, Healthfully Lowering Cholesterol, Detoxification/Cleansing, and HIV/AIDS. I also teach cooking classes for larger organizations as well as individual or small in-home gatherings.
