Ami has a passion for good food and helping others to optimize their health through nutrition.  A graduate of Bastyr University and a Certified Nutritionist, Ami’s specialties include Maternal and Infant Nutrition including pre-pregnancy, fertility, lactation, prenatal and postnatal nutritional care.

Ami is also the author and illustrator of the children's book Let's Eath: A Book About Food.

When not teaching, Ami is busy developing healthy new recipes, caring for her daughter and tending her garden and flock of hens.
