How we operate;

The SCCF is an efficient internet centered organization. There are no time consuming meetings, we meet by email. There is no organizational structure; all members are equal. Any member can initiate an action by emailing the group and obtaining a consensus of the active members.  Some members participate in regional transportation activities such as OCTA and SCAG and other citizens groups while others provide support, opinion and wisdom. At this time the costs involved are minimal and there are no dues or other fees.

As a minimum you must be interested in sharing knowledge and thoughts, and providing comments on  projects submitted by others. In addition we highly desire that you initiate and propose specific actions by the group.
