It
is easy to take care of others. It is easy to ask others to take
care of you. However, Choice Theory gives you the awareness to take
care of yourself, which is the most significant learning anybody
needs to learn right from childhood.

Taking
this course has probably impacted every aspect of my life. I believe
that I am now a more effective counselor, wife, sister and daughter.
A great learning experience!

I
have always wondered why I or others behave the way they do. Choice
Theory & Reality Therapy provided insight into the choices we
make and how we can make choices that will satisfy our needs. Choice
Theory and Reality Therapy has allowed me to get back on track and
act on life as opposed to react. Thank you for your guidance Lucy,
you are a great teacher.

Taking Choice Theory & Reality Therapy training has helped me
to improve my personal and professional life in a positive and unexpected
way. This training has influenced the way that I relate to others
and how I perceive the world. Now, I am a calmer and more understanding
person.
