Purpose of the Association
The William Glasser Association of British Columbia promotes the teaching of Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management and provides training and professional development for its members.
The Goals of WGABC are to:

Inform the general public about Choice Theory and its application in counseling, schools, business and the community at large

Provide training programs leading to reality therapy certification and certification in the school specialist program

Provide professional development opportunities to our members

Support and encourage standards of practice among members of the Association

Operate as a practical resource for those who are reality therapy certified and for those in the process of training
