Septuagint

ton ponhron ex umwn autwn

New Testament - 1 Corinthians 5.13

touV de exw o qeoV krinei,

exarate
ton ponhron ex umwn autwn

Septuagint

And the hand of the witnesses shall be upon him among the first to put him to death, and the hand of the people at the last; so shalt thou remove the evil one from among yourselves

New Testament

But them that are without God judgeth.  Put away the wicked man from among yourselves

Masoretic Text

The hand of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.  So thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee

Comments:  The Septuagint and the NT differ only in that the NT employs a plural form of the verb, exarate .  The MT is concerned with abstract “evil” while the Greek texts address “the evil one.”
