Septuagint

Sanctify to me every first-born, first produced, opening every womb among the children of Israel both of man and of beast:  it is mine

New Testament

(as it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord)

Masoretic Text

Sanctify unto me all the first-born, whatsoever openeth the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and of beast:  it is mine

Comments:  The NT, LXX and MT agree.  Clearly, this is a very loose quotation.  See also Exodus 13.12 and 13.15, which are very similar.
