New Testament

Again, ye have heard that it was said to them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths 

Masoretic Text

And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, and profane the name of thy God:  I am Jehovah

Comments:  The NT, the LXX and the MT agree.  This is an extremely loose quotation.
