| Banana Seed Breakfast | |
| Start by making a mixture of 1 cup each of raw sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds with 1-1/2 cups of raisins. This can be kept in a big jar in the refrigerator | |
| 1 or 2 bananas
2 heaping tablespoons of raisin-seed mixture. 1 rounded teaspoon of raw honey 1 teaspoon of grated coconut (optional) pinch of cinnamon a dozen or so unsalted cashew nuts, halved (my addition) |
Slice bananas into a bowl. Add raisin-seed mixture and grated coconut. Stir raw honey and cinnamon into mixture, coating well. Top with cashews. Eat slowly, chewing thoroughly. |
