Super Breakfast Smoothie
The addition of powdered soy protein to all the complex carbohydrates in the fruits is especially helpful if you expect to have a physically active day.
1 frozen banana, chopped

1 heaping ladle full of strawberries or peaches or combination of both

1 rounded tablespoon of honey

1 rounded tablespoon of powdered soy protein

Enough organic cow’s milk, fortified rice or soy milk to make a 16 oz drink.

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
