RECIPE |
|
| Peanut Butter Balls | |
| This is a slight variation of a recipe I learned from my friends at Shanti Yoga in Bethesda, Maryland. It's a great substitute for cookies when it's just too hot to bake. Kids and grown-ups alike will love them. | |
| 1 cup of peanut butter
½ cup vanilla flavored powdered soy milk or non-fat dried milk. ¼ cup honey ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds 1/3 cup raisins or chopped dates
|
Mix all ingredients.
Roll into bite-sized balls. Place on dish in a single layer and refrigerate until hardened.
Can also be made with almond or cashew butter.
