RECIPE

Tofu Cream
 
½ lb. silken tofu - firm or extra firm

¼ cup light vegetable oil

2 tablespoons honey

½ tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Blend all ingredients in blender.

Serve with fruit salad.

Makes about 1½ cups.
