James Harvey Sr. b. 1763 unk. d. Jan 1813 Clarence Ny.

James Harvey Sr. died in an epidemic January 1813 in Clarence Niagara Co. (Erie Co. after 1820) along with his wife. James Harvey Jr. b. 1790 NY RI? was living in the same area and served several times durning the "War of 1812". His papers from the National Archives refer to him as James Harvey Jr. From this we deduce he was the son of James Sr. Caution should be used as there are cases when one referred to as "Jr" was not a son of the "Sr.", but a nephew or some other relation
