(Most of these pictures are low-resolution. We do not think very high resolution is needed for these, but if there is enough of a demand for them, we'll post high-res ones.)

Potato Loading:

The potato gets cut at by the end of the barrel, and is shoved down by a wooden ramrod (or two). Someone needs to release the pressure at the end valve as the potato moving down the pipe increases the pressure.
Yoni shoves the potato on.

Eli rams the potato down the barrel.

Pressurizing:

After loading, we hook the gun on to an air compressor (designed for pressurizing tires and the like), and with the valve closed let it run till we reach the pressure that we want. We started using a cheap tire compressor (but still "designed" to handle 260psi) but the seal on the valve broke, so we brought it back to the store and they replaced it. Then the second one broke, so we returned it and bought two new ones, both of better quality. We'll see how these pumps hold up.
Pressurizing... (with pump #1)

Pump #3 at 130psi or so.
