Due to the NRC management's negligence, in my
opinion and belief, my allegation material was handed over to the very employees that I had identified as perpetrating felony
criminal misconduct.
This act enabled the
criminals to fire me in retaliation for turning them in to Inspector General Hubert T. Bell of the IG Office, Washington D.C.
I was without work for
over a year before I finally found a job. Put yourself in my place; can you imagine what it must be like to be
without pay for over a year and try to make your house payment and car payment, not to mention utilities, groceries etc.?
I believe you get the picture. This is serious business folks, and the NRC people thought they would merely " turn the
switch", slam the door and starve me into submission as punishment for being an honest person and doing the right thing.
My Government security clearance demanded it!
My new job ended within
30 days of its starting date due to my ties to the NRC. One of the NRC officials that played an active role in
my retaliation firing had a secretary that was best friends with my new boss's girlfriend. This information came directly
from her to him.
Cross talk and pillow talk
worked its magic, and I was immediately fired the next morning after it was made known that I had been a government witness
to the criminal misconduct of these employees of the NRC's senior management. It was a very long stretch of time before
I could find gainful employment again.

I lost my truck, my home, my credit and the ability to help my children with their college expenses. The
Nuclear Regulatory Commission has ruined my family's life. I have worked and paid taxes from the age of nine and
my life savings are now gone.
Congressman Edward J. Markey (D), MA believed in me and championed my cause and asked the NRC, former Commissioner
Nils Diaz, to review my case, on 3 separate occasions, to explain his actions, and compensate me for my losses.
Commissioner Nils Diaz lied to the Congressman, stalled my case for 3 years and then turned me down.
Commissioner Nils Diaz refused to answer the good Congressman's questions this third and last time stating that my case was
still under consideration and a legal matter. After he posted that letter to Congressman Markey, he mailed one to my
attorney stating my claim was denied. He clearly scammed the Congressman, in my opinion and belief, in order to get out
of answering many compelling questions about my case.
I will dedicate the rest of my life trying to find someone that is as outraged as I am and has the influence to right
this wrong. Perhaps that someon is President Obama.
My late father, Carl Bath, was a highly decorated World War II Disabled American Veteran. He Served as a U.S. Army
Technical Sergeant Radio Operator in the South Pacific Campaign for most of the war. Dad was awarded the Purple
Heart, , Bronze Star, Asiatic Pacific Campaign and many other medals as battlefield citations on the
Island of Okinawa. He was severely injured on Okinawa and spent 2 years at a burn center in San Antonio. He raised 4
children after losing his hearing and suffering severe burns. My father and mother raised me to be honest and to do
the right thing. I lived up to their training and now I am suffering because I was honest and did the right thing.
My family has suffered and I have to seek justice for them.
