Time Card Fraud

During my years with the NRC I dicovered  cases of alleged fraudulent time reporting violations. The time cards (actually time sheets) that I happened to personally observe were filled out showing hours worked when I knew the person was not in the office to perform the hours as reported. The subject time sheets were signed off by our NRC Branch Chief supervisor as true, correct and approved.

It is to be noted that these acts of alleged time reporting fraud were always performed by the same two people. The two persons arrested, one of which, the Branch Chief,  fired me in retaliation after being enabled to do so by the fact that the NRC Regional Administrator at the region 4 office negligently handed my allegation information over to him. His conduct was determined by investigators to be a direct violation of NRC policy and became the negligent event that triggered my wrongful firing, and the ruining of my life.

I hope you are proud of your alleged negligence and failure to follow the  established  NRC policy on safely handling allegations of wrong doing, and of the tragic influence you have had on my life.

Thanks Ellis!

Outcome:

o Bad guys got away with alleged time reporting fraud

o Bad guy fired good guy out of revenge

o Good guy created web site nrcfallout.org

o Remaining honorable NRC employees able to learn the truth

Conclusion: Honorable NRC employees, government officials, NRC Fallout Victims, and our great American public are enabled to learn of the alleged dishonesty, negligence, deceit, and forms of retaliation perpetrated by a government agency, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission

I reported the wrong doing to an appropriate and trusted NRC official and they reported the information to the appropriate authority.  Normally I would have reported this violation to my boss a the NRC.  Unfortunately I could not do this.  Why?  Because it was he and his, at that time, contractor employee and fellow bad guy that were involved.  They were both later arrested, but not for time reporting fraud.  The authorities went for the felony charges.

I know why there was never a robust and successful investigation of the alledged time reporting fraud.  Unfortunately I cannot reveal the information that explains the motive for the coverup by NRC officials.

Reason? This information and evidence is subject to being presented in a court of law in the near future as part of a legal prceedure. The people resonsible should be held accountible and required to explain their actions and motives "under oath" for the alledged coverup and alleged failure to perform their sworn duty.
