Thought for the Day:

FOIA is only honest and effective when documentation, video tapes and computer media is not willfully and intentionally shredded, destroyed, altered, hidden, denied, misplaced, withheld, redacted or held in limbo by our trusted government officials; officials who are responsible for their preservation, safe keeping and availability to concerned citizens of the United States of America.

Information has surfaced of allegations that the NRC has allegedly withheld FOIA information from the Case of Ron Bath VS the NRC utilizing some of these methods.
