USDOL/OALJ Reporter: Whistleblower Decisions
ENERGY REORGANIZATION ACT 2001-ERA

USDOL/OALJ Reporter

Bath V. U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ARB No. 02-041, ALJ No. 2001-ERA-41 (ARB Sept. 29, 2003)

The following are links to documents that the Department of Labor should not be proud of.  They used legal jargon to keep Ron Bath from finding justice.  After the smoke clears and the magic is gone, the U. S. Department of Labor has, in my opinion and belief, facilitated the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to get by with murder.  They took the life of Ron Bath by allowing The NRC thugs to fire him for turning in NRC senior management employees for felony criminal misconduct, the motive for which they fired him and took his livelihood.  The NRC commissioners got away with it with the assistance of their fellow government agency the DOL.  Jurisdiction, smerishdiction. Mr. Bath was fired in retaliation by those who employed him, the NRC.

Please note that it takes 4 pages of Washington Legalese to say NO!

September 29, 2003 Final DOL Decision and Order

January 18, 2002 Recommended DOL Decision and Order Granting Motion to Dismiss

It should be mentioned that the DOL and their fellow government agency the Nuclear Regulatory commission has spent more of the tax payer's money on investigators, legal council, administration, clerks and documentation than Ron Bath was asking for in compensation of monetary damages.  If this fact is ever disputed by them, let's see their accounting audit trail.

"It's a sad day when the laws of our land are interpreted in a manner so as to protect the guilty and punish the innocent;  that's exactly what the DOL did to me".     Ron Bath  March 06, 2004
