It's an important time for Ron Bath's search to find justice. The next few days will be very hectic as
Ron prepares letters to be sent to many government agencies that he feels would be interested in investigating the activities
and decisions of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Prominently featured in the new thrust of allegations will be NRC Chairman Nils J. Diaz, Commissioner, Edward McGaffigan
Jr., and Commissioner Jeffrey Merrifield. The actions, conduct and their involvement in the Ron Bath VS the NRC case as
well as the old NRC gang at the region 4 offices in Arlington, Texas will be re-examined. Those working, removed from
office and retired from the NRC will once again come under scrutiny with a fresh eye and purpose. It is important
to pin down responsibility before more of these folks leave office and change positions.
Now would be a good time for NRC Commissioner Nils J. Diaz to Contact Ron's Lawyer and / or Congressman Edward Markey
and offer an apology and negotiate terms of a settlement.

Now would be an excellent time to break your silence and do the right thing. Contact Ron's Attorney
and admit your organization's wrong doing and offer settlement. The microscope can go away if an honest effort is made
on your part before next Friday, April 23, 2004. After that time the letters to governmental investigative agencies and every
major news media entity will be taken to the post office and sent out to the world.
Ron is also interviewing publicists to hire an agency to help professionally and effectively get his message
of dirty tricks, double standards and retribution at the hands of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission out before the public.
Public appearances will be scheduled and new material prepared.
Help Ron now, or be prepared to face the music.
