Ron Bath will accept nothing less than a full apology and settlement to reconcile the wrong that The
US Nuclear Commission and its employees have perpetrated on him. The damage to his reputation, loss of credit, loss
of funds and assets must be compensated. Their willful acts of premeditated wrong doing and subsequent cover up are aggravated
by the fact that they were performed during the commission of a felony federal crime by multiple NRC employees while "on the
clock" in the NRC offices of Region 4 in Arlington, Texas. Their negligence, retaliation, illegal firing and aftermath will
never go unchallenged.
