A Cast of Characters

Ellis Merchoff
Kathleen Hammil
Pat Gwynn
Dean Papa
Guy Compton
Nancy Holbrook
Karen League

Ron Bath was singled out... and fired in retaliation for making true allegations of alleged criminal misconduct, time card fraud, employment preselection, safety violations, gross mismanagement and other unspecified violations by employees of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the NRC.

The cast of characters above all played a part in, what is my opinion and belief, to be acts of negligence, involvement, retaliation, fraud, conspiracy, preselection and obstruction of justice.

Starting tomorrow, each character will be featured in a daily article that will expose their alleged negligence, misconduct, betrayal and treachery in the Ron Bath case during performance of "their duty" at the NRC, region 4 in Arlington, Texas.

First up will be Ellis Merschoff, former Regional Administrator at the NRC, Region 4 offices in Arlington, Texas.

If your name is on the list, you may want to give your boss (or former boss) Commissioner Nils J. Diaz a call.  Ask him why he turned down Ron Bath's request for justice, apology and settlement. Remember, each of you allegedly had a part in the illegal and immoral firing of Ron Bath and his loss of life as he knew it. You may also wish to ask him why he has repeatedly lied in his responses to Congressman Edward Markey's (D-MA) inquiries into the Ron Bath case.

Appearances are that your boss has "hung you out to dry".

Message to NRC Chairman Nils J. Diaz

Chairman Diaz,

Call my attorney today!

I need closure to what your employees have done to me.

I will accept nothing less than a full apology and settlement to reconcile the wrong that The US Nuclear Commission and its employees have perpetrated on me.  The damage to my reputation, loss of credit, loss of funds and assets must be compensated.  Their willful acts of premeditated wrong doing and subsequent cover up are aggravated by the fact that they were performed during the commission of a felony federal crime by multiple NRC employees while "on the clock" in the NRC offices of Region 4 in Arlington, Texas. Their negligence, retaliation, illegal firing and aftermath will never go unchallenged by me.

You may end it by contacting my attorney.  You know who she is.

Ron

See you tomorrow for some interesting reading.
