A Game of Keep Away

Keep away... the NRC has demonstrated a policy of shielding NRC employees guilty of felony criminal misconduct from prosecution, and even allowing charges to be altered allowing these same people to continue working for the NRC at the present time.

Criminals have been arrested and taken out the back door of the NRC offices and, after circling the building, brought back in the front door to continuing working there.  The offices of the NRC, region 4 in Arlington, Texas is a secure area with a government security clearance required by employees working there.  These people still enjoy the privilege of an NRC security clearance and paycheck.

Ron Bath is still waiting for justice that must come some day.  It has been over 3 years now since the criminals at the NRC, region 4 in Arlington, Texas fired him after he turned them in for wrong doing.

NRC Chairman and Commissioner Nils J. Diaz and his fellow commissioners Jeffrey S. Merrifield and Edward McGaffigan Jr. along with their General Counsel and participants and/or co-conspirators Ellis Merchoff,  Kathleen Hammil, Pat Gwynn, Dean Papa,Guy Compton, Nancy Holbrook and Karen League have done their "dirty deeds" and have played their game of "keep away" in the Ron Bath case.  This dream team cost him his life savings and continues to deny his Tort Claim for losses incurred due to their negligence, vengeance and denial of responsibility.

Chairman Diaz,

Call my attorney and do the right thing.

Settle!

Call my attorney today.

A new blitz is being prepared.

You haven't seen anything yet!

This website will stand and be updated until the day that Diaz or his replacement does the honest thing and settles.

Sincerely,

Ron Bath
