Do As We Say, Not As We Do
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Did you ever have... a parent, big brother or a friend that would never admit it when you caught them doing something wrong? If you did, as many of us have, then you may have some personal insight as to how the NRC operates.

Former and present  members of the NRC's senior management within the offices of the Region 4 in Arlington, Texas have allegedly done wrong and never admitted it.  Senior Managers Ellis Merschoff, Kathleen Hammil, Pat Gwynn and Dean Papa along with the alleged aid of  subordinates Guy Compton, Nancy Holbrook and Karen League all played some role in the Ron Bath Case.    Their leaders in Washington, D.C. Chairman and Commissioners Nils J. Diaz, Edward McGaffigan Jr. and Jeffrey Merrifield Jr. are just as responsible as the actual perpetrators and continue to deceive Ron Bath, his attorney Billie Pirner Garde, Congressman Edward J. Markey (D-MA) and the American public and refuse to admit wrong doing.

Just like the example given of our unrepentant parent, big brother or a friend, the NRC and its officials will not admit their wrong doing and tell the truth.

A Hidden Agenda

Officials of the NRC believe that by admitting their wrong doing, and by telling the truth, it will damage their credibility.  The poor fools don't realize that they have no credibility.  The only credibility they ever had was lost years ago, after years and years of dirty tricks and lying to the American people.  Just look on the Internet; place a search pattern for the NRC, Nils J. Diaz, Edward McGaffigan Jr.,  Jeffrey Merrifield Jr. and Ellis Merschoff.  You can read through literally hundreds of articles about them speaking propaganda, being sued by citizen groups, receiving phony awards, bad mouthing their boss, President George W. Bush etc.

Why won't the NRC Admit Their Wrong Doing?

If the NRC... were to ever admit their wrong doing and stop telling lies instead of truth, their position of judge and jury would be weakened.

One of the many things that should concern us is the NRC's conduct in their use of deception when it serves their purpose.  And yet, in their governmental regulatory role, they judge others and penalize them for doing as they themselves have done.  The NRC wields power through application of heavy fines, sanctions, and criminal charges when they perceive that those they oversee are being deceptive and lying.  This applies to licensees of the NRC such as US Nuclear power plants and medical facilities under their jurisdiction.

The NRC's employees performed felony criminal misconduct, were reported for doing so by Ron Bath and through their acts of negligence and retaliation fired Ron Bath.

Due to the direct actions of NRC employees, while conducting criminal activities within the region 4 offices of the NRC in Arlington, Texas, Ron Bath was fired in retaliation and subsequently lost his home, new truck, life savings, credit, and the ability to pay for his children's college education.  The resultant stress, pressure and belief that his government had failed him, placed Ron in a downward physical spiral that resulted in his being diagnosed with Diabetes and treated for Clinical Depression.

Ron and his attorney Billie Pirner Garde filed a Claims Tort with Chairman Meserve and his successor Nils J. Diaz to recover lost funds which they took three years to turn down and say no to.

Will the NRC Change Their Minds?

Chairman Diaz,

Call my attorney today!

I need closure to what you and your employees have done to me.

I will accept nothing less than a full apology and settlement to reconcile the wrong that The US Nuclear Commission and its employees have perpetrated on me.  The damage to my reputation, loss of credit, loss of funds and assets must be compensated.  Their willful acts of premeditated wrong doing and subsequent cover up are aggravated by the fact that they were performed during the commission of a felony federal crime by multiple NRC employees while "on the clock" in the NRC offices of Region 4 in Arlington, Texas. Their negligence, retaliation, illegal firing and aftermath will never go unchallenged by me.

You may end it by contacting my attorney.

I plan to spend the rest of my life pursuing allegations and trying to motivate you NRC Officials to admit that you did wrong and compensate me for a life you threw away... my families and mine...

Contact Billie Pirner Garde today !
