Today I am offering a $10,000.00 cash reward to anyone that will come forward and provide
information that proves successful in enabling me to obtain compensation and justice at the hands of The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission.
Events
The Office of the Inspector General (IG) investigators found that I was fired as a direct result
by these criminals and their pals within NRC senior management in retaliation for making allegations.
I filed a Tort Claim to compensate me for damages.
Commissioner and Chairman of the NRC Nils. J. Diaz turned down my Tort Claim using cowardly loopholes
in law.

or radio media personalities or persons of influence I want to hear from you.
In the event that you are the one person able to personally motivate or enable someone to plead

The NRC's treachery has cost me everything and ruined my life.
NRC Chairman and Commissioner Nils J. Diaz and his fellow commissioners Jeffrey S. Merrifield
and Edward McGaffigan Jr. along with their Assistant General Counsel Donald Hassell and participants and/or co-conspirators
Ellis Merchoff, Kathleen Hammil, Pat Gwynn, Dean Papa, Guy Compton, Joe Tapia, Nancy Holbrook and Karen League have
done their "dirty deeds" and have played their game of "keep away" in the Ron Bath case. This dream team cost me
my life savings and continues to deny me compensation for losses incurred due to their negligence, vengeance
and denial of responsibility.
