Appearances are that The NRC Tried to Deny
Ron Bath
His Freedom of Speech

The First Amendment...

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

A few days ago, one of my supporters and daily readers of my website contacted me with alarming news.  He stated that someone had locked my website so that viewers could no longer visit my site, preventing them from viewing updated news on  NRC officials and employees alleged wrong doing and corruption pertinent to the Ron Bath VS The Nuclear Regulatory Commission case.

Nice try NRC!  My website www@nrcfallout.org is up and running again after a not-so-mild dose of The US First Amendment, The right to free speech.

If you were locked out of my website recently I apologize for your inconvenience.

Thought for the day...  Every day recently we have heard of the on-going investigation into the abuse of prisoners in Iraq.  Each day's news brings a louder, harsher call for closer investigation and accountability by government officials at the top.  It appears curious to me that the same public and Congressional or Senatorial attention is not being focused on the reported illegal and unethical activities found within the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The NRC's abuse of their employees and contractor workers has been going on for years now.

If it were not for the NRC's ability to cover-up their wrong doing then we would be reading about abuses of Americans instead of foreign prisoners.

New articles are coming.  Be ready for a blockbuster.

The NRC may well be the next Watergate!
