During my employment at The NRC region 4 offices
in Arlington, Texas as a contractor employee I witnessed:
o Alleged pre-selection of NRC employees
o Alleged time card fraud
o Alleged serious attendance violations
o Alleged breaches of security
o Alleged overt employee favoritism
o Alleged inappropriate use of budgeted funds
o Alleged negligent conduct
o Alleged contractor hazing by NRC employees
o Alleged ransacking and larceny of a contractor's office
Each and every case of the above abuses were reported to appropriate NRC employees
for investigation and corrective action. Not one resulted in a robust investigation, corrective action or reprimand.
