Until Justice has Been Done

The record will show... that all the NRC employees guilty of Felony Criminal Misconduct were allowed to resign and avoid prosecution.  No formal charges were lodged by the NRC against them.  They received full salary for months while on administrative leave.  During this period they were still allowed access to the NRC offices and even attended meetings and participated in performance reviews.  Others "circled the building" and came right back in the back door and returned to work.  This unprecedented light handed treatment, in my opinion and belief, was initiated to cover up the fact that their criminal activity was actually not only sanctioned by, but participated in by senior management in the NRC Region 4 offices in Arlington, Texas.

Senior management allegedly let these criminals "off the hook" in exchange for their silence and participation in damage control.

In coming articles we will examine the who, how and why of the NRC's deception and dirty tricks.  The past and present problem is systemic and appears to flow from the top down.

I hold NRC Commissioner Nils J. Diaz personally responsible and fully accountable even though he believes he has seen the last of Congressman Edward Markey and Ron Bath.  Commissioner Diaz has been playing the game of lie and keep-a-way for over 3 years now and now it's time to take off the kid gloves.  And why not, everyone appears to have given up on my case.

I am drafting a letter to Pope John Paul II at the Vatican in Rome asking him to intercede in my case; " Ron Bath Vs The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission".  I plan to ask that Nils J, Diaz, as a man, be persuaded to be honest and make things right for Ron Bath.  I will ask the Pope to not let it stand that a man's life and reputation be ruined and life savings lost for doing the right thing, then suffering retaliation while letting the "bad guys" go free.

A childhood friend of mine growing up in Kansas City, Missouri, became Father Michael Donahue Rice.  I am locating him for his support.

As part of my reaffirmation to expose the NRC's dirty tricks and wrong doing, I plan to seek justice on a social level.  I have tried the justice system and it has let me down.  Loopholes have provided hiding places for Commissioner Diaz and his merry band at the NRC.  The statute of limitations for lodging the  formal lawsuit I requested has run out. It looks like most have given up on me.

I cannot, and will not, let the bad guys win.

My family deserves to be compensated for what they have lost because I spoke up and did the right thing.  I will never stop my crusade against the corrupt US Nuclear Regulatory Commission until my family is made whole again.

I'll let you know what I hear from the Vatican.

Regards,

Ron Bath
