Dear Mr. Rove,

My name is Ron Bath and I live in the REDACTED, Texas. I am writing you to ask for your help and support.

I am writing you because I honestly believe that you are my only hope. I respectfully request that you review my situation and contact the appropriate person on my behalf.

I was the insider making technical recommendations when they fired me for turning in a group of crooks in the NRC’s Region 4 offices in Arlington, Texas for, among other things, running an internal counterfeit operation under Chairman Meserve’s nose. I have knowledge of attempts to get the NRC to improve security measures prior to 911 that they ignored.

I am an honest citizen that turned in employees of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region 4, Arlington Texas for felony criminal misconduct. They were guilty and arrested. Senior management at the site turned over my allegation information, provided to them by Herbert Bell’s OIG investigators, to the criminals working within the NRC as my supervisors and they fired me in retaliation. The subsequent OIG Investigation determined that the NRC region 4’s Regional Administrator Ellis Merschoff was guilty of inappropriate actions and conduct which let to my retaliation firing, and the loss of my contractor position as 4 year member of the IT (Information Technology) staff.

I was out of work for almost two years due to their treachery. I would find employment and soon be fired as the NRC managements connections found my new employer and motivated them to fire me; again in retaliation.

I was represented by Washington Attorney Billie Pirner Garde. She was unsuccessful in motivating NRC Chairman and Commissioner Nils J. Diaz to award me compensation for the damages to me and my family. The statute of limitations is now up and Mr. Diaz and his colleagues are left to laugh at me and continue to hide behind loopholes in law that Congressman Edward Markey (D-MA) and Joseph Barton R-TX) plugged by amendment to the appropriate Bill. The amendment was passed by Congress last year. The amendment was presented to and signed into law by congress. It won't help me though, only future Ron Baths.

Seeking justice, I have been stonewalled and ignored by past Chairman Meserve and present Chairman of NRC Commissioners Nil’s J. Diaz for over three years now. I have been motivated to create and publish a web site to try and tell my story and to garner support. I invite you to please visit www.nrcfallout.org for details about my case.

NRC Chairman Diaz and his fellow commissioners were chosen by Bill Clinton. Our president, George W. Bush re-appointed them to their positions. They were very public and very vocal prior to the election. They were publicly disloyal to our president and called him a liar in front of the media and the public. These same government officials support their crooked employees and cover up wrong doing. They hide behind loop holes and persecute honest citizens. My case is in a holding pattern, and I am desperate to find someone who cares to help me restore my family to what it was before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission fired me for reporting wrong doing and cost me my job, home, truck, life savings, credit and pride.

I plan to spend the rest of my life, if that is what it takes, looking to find someone like you that has the courage, honesty and position to help me right this tragic wrong that corrupt government officials have committed on me and my loved ones.

I have faith in the man behind our president. I believe he has the integrity, connections and sense of moral outrage to actually call someone, or do something that will help me win out against the bullies at the NRC.

I believe he will research my case, see how I was wronged, learn how NRC Commissioners Nils J. Diaz and Edward McGaffigan Jr. have "bad mouthed" and betrayed our president and take sanctions against them.
