Why NRC Commissioner Nils Diaz's account of what senior management at region 4
did to Ron Bath VS what Inspector General Hubert T. Bell's IG Office Investigation Reports' version
is not the same story.
Gee, One Must be Telling the Truth. Find out Which One.
Not The Truth: Commissioner Nils Diaz responded to a congressional letter of inquiry from Congressman
Edward J. Markey. He stated basically that my contracting company terminated my employment due to lay-off and
that the NRC had nothing to do with it...
It appears that Commissioner Diaz either did not read or perhaps did not understand the OIG's Official Report since he,
in my opinion and belief, did not quote its findings accurately. His statements about what it said appear to be
*180 degrees out of phase. *Note: This is backwards to our non technical readers.
The Truth: The official investigative report from the Office of The Inspector General Hubert T. Bell
stated that my former supervisor, a member of NRC management, admitted to being provided my allegation documents involving
him and sending a copy of my letter of allegation containing information of his criminal conduct to my contractor employer.
This NRC employee, a Branch Manager, told the IG investigators that this act by himself probably had something to do
with my employment being terminated. Gosh, do you think?
The Regional Administrator was reportedly negligent in his handling of the case allegation information
and did not adhere to NRC policy on this sensative subject of criminality. He handed over this allegation information to the
accused, enabling the chain of events that resulted in my being fired out of revenge.
The above information has been paraphrased as to its content. This information was taken from 1. A letter from
Chairman Diaz of The Nuclear Regulatory Commission in response to Congressman Edward J. Markey's Congressional letter of inquiry.
2. The official Office of The Inspector General's official investigative report findings in my case. The report was obtained
through my wonderful attorney via a formal FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request.
A copy of these actual documents will be displayed on this site very soon after proper processing.
My Conclusion: It is my belief and opinion that the information provided by Commissioner Nils Diaz to Congressman
Edward J. Markey is not the truth. It is my opinion and belief that the investigative report from the Inspector General's
Office was truthful and correct.
Why would Commissioner Nils Diaz not provide the truth to the good congressman? It is my opinion and belief that
he did not want to admit responsibility for the negligence of his organization's senior management in improperly responding
to my allegations of NRC employee misconduct. The negligent processing of my allegation case was deemed to
be not in accordance with NRC policy. This negligence by employees in the NRC's Region 4 office in Arlington,
Texas enabled my NRC supervisor to be aware that I had reported him for his illegal activities and to willfully
take actions which got me fired from my job there.. This would, in my opinion and belief, foster denial of resonsibility
and liability, and divert further congressional scrutiny.
Remember, three of senior managements star employees had been arrested and convicted of felony criminal acts while
on duty at the NRC Region 4 office in Arlington, Texas. Agents of The FBI and Secret Service raided the offices and
arrested these NRC employees for operating a counterfeiting business on government property, during office hours.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is a government agency that is supposed to possess and exercise superior judgment and
ethics in governing and telling the rest of the United States nuclear world of power plants and medicine what to do and how
to do it. All of this news of "bad guys" getting "busted" for wrong doing at a governmental governing agency in Arlington,
Texas was bad publicity. The person responsible for their downfall and all the bad publicity would have to pay for his
actions.
I was that person. I am Ron Bath. I blew the whistle on the bad guys. They got even with me. I can
never recover from the tragic blow that they dealt to me and my family, honest citizens. Not, that is, unless someone
will stand up to them and hold them accountable for their negligent , improper and deceitful actions.
Ask yourself; are you that person? Do you know a person like this? Please help me or tell someone about me
who can help.
Not telling the truth is one thing. The time will come when those not telling the truth will have to appear under
oath and repeat the untruth. This will then become perjury. A larger investigation is on the horizon, and then,
perjury will turn into obstruction of justice. This will get serious folks. The truth will come out.
