Elisabeth is a Master Sergeant in the Air Force Reserves rank
E-7. This is also known as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. So everyone can understand how special this is, I am going to
explain it a bit here. The top grade is and E-9, so in 8 years she has managed to make it to the top 3 grades. It makes her
into a leadership role, and she will continue to work on her degree and then when that is done she will decide if she wants
to become a commissioned officer; where everyone salutes her. She needs a four year degree before she can go to officer training
school.

with the proud feeling I have for you all over again.
I am the Mission
Support Group Career Advisor. Our focus is to maintain retention in the reserves (keep people in who are up for re-enlistment)
We also focus on the moral of members, and provide options for them to better enhance their career as well as more enjoyable
for them.
What is nice
now when we hear of the "bad gossip" instead of feeling helpless, we have more resources available to us to help make a difference.
I work with one other
career advisor in the MSG (Mission Support Group), and we have several squadrons under us that we work with as well.
