I am not sure what the target is.

There will be an ROII class offered at the Star City Shootout.  The class will be held on Friday, September 4, at 1:00 PM, in the club house at RRRC. The cost will be $25.00, and will include all printed material to complete the course.  You must already have taken and passed the ROI course to take ROII. 
Advance registration will be required, in order to get the right number of handbooks printed.
