Allison's Blog
     Allison was born in central California in 1969. She grew up in Alaska after moving there with her family at age 1. After completing
her B.A. in English and Writing at Westmont College in 1992, Allison moved to the Pacific Northwest, where she worked in the banking and technology sectors before returning to graduate school in 2004 to follow her bliss by studying mythology. She has been married since 2005 to her wonderful husband, and they have an infant son. They live in Seattle. At present, she is working on a novel called
"The Mythologist", a sort of mythic thriller, as well as developing work in the myth space on the mythic journey of the artist and the myths of politics.
