Instructions for Hair Mineral Test

Wash your hair with a mild natural shampoo.

Please avoid using dandruff or medicated shampoos before the test.

Do not use any other hair products such as rinses, conditioners, gels, creams or hair spray before the test.

Use a small scissors to take a sample of your hair from

the neckline or at the nape of your neck.

Cut the hair at the scalp and keep the first one inch of new hair for the sample. Discard any hair longer than one inch.

Example: if your hair is longer than 2 inches, use only the first one inch of hair closest to the root or scalp for the sample.

It is best to take a small sample of hair from several spots at the back of the head.

Men with very short hair styles should have the barber or stylist collect their hair during the haircut appointment.

Enclose one teaspoon of hair in an envelope or small baggie.

Return the sample to me at the above address.

Please enclose your payment of $350.00 for the lab test, nutritional analysis and consultation fee.

Your hair sample will be sent to the lab for analysis and a report will be sent to you with specific nutritional recommendations based upon your test results.
