Benefits of Regular Exercise

 

Efficient metabolism and accelerated fat burning programs should include both weight training and cardiovascular training.  Both types of exercise are superior to calorie restriction alone for maximum fat loss.

The goal is to focus on building lean muscle tissue while loosing excessive stored fat.

 

Focus on the percentage of body fat- not total pounds.

 

Example 1: a person weighs 150 lbs with 20% body fat= 30 lbs of fat

Example 2: a person weighs 150 lbs with 40% body fat = 60 lbs of fat.

 

Measure your percent of body fat with a digital programmable scale that indicates total pounds and percentage of fat pounds.
