Welcome! Haven’t you wondered what your life would be like if you lived wherever you happen to be whizzing by on the interstate? In the desert, on a mountaintop, in New York City, in Bolivar, Texas? New places take me to my virtual realities. We can’t live all the lives we’d like to try out, but we can enter imaginary worlds and experience what it’s like to be somewhere else, sometime else, somebody else. That’s why we love novels! My actual life is not as dramatic as my virtual one, thank goodness. What I dream of is a small town with maybe one or two stop lights, land for the dog to roam, and sun and water enough for azaleas, camellias and roses, peach, pecan and cherry trees. And time enough to dream. |
