New Robotech Series - Robotech 3000
March 30, 1999 - A New Robotech series is in works being created by Harmony Gold and Netter Digital with some help by Carl Macek. It will be about the ultimate evolution of the Flowers of Life and will be completely made in 3-D Computer Graphics. It takes place 1000 years into the future after the Robotech series.

Robocon 1999 Update
March 30, 1999 - Mari Ijima, the voice actor and singer of the Japanese Lynn Minmay of SDF Macross (japanese series) will be appearing at Robocon 1999.

Robotech returns to Cartoon Network
July 10, 1999 - After some time off the air, Robotech finally returns to Cartoon Network after being taken off the air a long while ago. However, the series will be aired at 3:30am in the morning.

Robocon 1999 delays to 2000
July 10, 1999 - Robocon 1999 has been delayed until 2000. Robocon 2000 will take place on October 20, 21, and 22nd of 2000. Still at Doubletree Hotel in Anaheim, CA.

August 18, 1999 - Netter Digital Entertainment's revealed at the SIGGRAPH '99 convention, Robotech 3000. The series will be done in completely 3-D Computer Graphics.
